San Francisco offers one of the most vibrant, beautiful, and exciting urban environments in America. Home prices are skyrocketing, while across the Bay we can still find great values in urban and rural settings, along with the country's premiere public university, many wonderful colleges and the most extensive urban park system in the country.

As a fifth generation San Franciscan and a homeowner for over three decades, I have deep roots in the city, and I am now expanding my horizons to the East Bay in beautiful Berkeley and its neighboring communities. In addition to my personal knowledge of the Bay Area, I offer a network of real estate professionals including mortgage brokers, inspectors, stagers, and title companies.

San Francisco and the East Bay are cities of neighborhoods, each offering different amenities. There are many factors to consider—schools, parking, parks, shopping, pets, traffic, hospitals, public transportation—and I have inside knowledge of them all. My years owning and operating a clothing boutique (Zoe) in Pacific Heights have given me a valuable perspective on how a street's retail mix can influence a neighborhood's flavor, demographics and even property values.
